ERNI USA offers 100% net-list testing
ERNI USA has enhanced and expanded its resources to provide 100% Net-list testing. Net-list testing goes beyond AOI and bed-of-nails testing, ensuring all products meet customer specifications and eliminating the risk of a bad board reaching the end customer’s product.
This advanced testing method offers 100% electrical testing of every connector contact point and every solder point throughout the entire signal path via a RoBAT S1 backplane fixtureless test. The all-in-one RoBAT S1 automatic optical inspection and fixtureless electrical test machine simulates the daughter card plugging into the backplane or motherboard. With a rigorous quality control process and automated testing equipment, ERNI provides serialized data that is traceable at a cost far less than standard testing solutions.
