The long awaited date has arrived — October 21, 2015, the date that Marty McFly and Doc Brown cruised into the future on the DeLorean to stop Marty’s future son from going to jail.

There’s been much anticipation of the past 30 years, with many wondering if the futuristic technology that was presented in the film would come to pass when the day finally arrived. Recently, Lexus revealed its fully functional hoverboard, so I guess we’re heading in the right direction.

Plenty of companies are taking part in the Back to the Future Day festivities. Here are four ways companies are using technology to honor the date.
