Achieving added value from the IIoT

Seeq customers share success stories on advanced analytics at ARC Industry Forum in Orlando

Provider of analytics solutions, Seeq, has announced today that Pioneer Resources, Devon Energy and Fisher Valves will present next week at the 22nd ARC Industry Forum on its use of Seeq to improve business and production outcomes.

Seeq applications build on machine learning and big data technologies to speed the time to insight with diagnostic, descriptive and predictive analytics. The presentations are typical of the benefits Seeq customers are realizing in the oil and gas, power, pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, mining, food and beverage, and other process industries.

This year’s forum is focused on helping customers and vendors learn how digitizing factories, cities and infrastructure will benefit technology end users and suppliers alike. The ARC Industry Forum has been an important event for Seeq in recent years, featuring customer presentations and Seeq partnership announcements with Honeywell, Inductive Automation, Schneider Electric, Emerson Automation Solutions and other vendors.

“We are pleased to have multiple customers presenting on their use of Seeq at ARC’s Industry Forum for the third year in a row,” said Steve Sliwa, co-founder and CEO of Seeq. “Seeq’s inclusion in sessions on getting value from your data, OEMs and IIoT analytics – and opportunities in advanced analytics – demonstrate how our customers are improving manufacturing and business-related decisions.”

The sessions where Seeq customers will present include:

“Seeq continues to push the envelope of innovation and organizational impact with advanced analytics for process manufacturing companies,” said Janice Abel, Principal Analyst at ARC Advisory Group. “Every year at ARC Industry Forum, Seeq’s customers impress us with their ability to rapidly find value in data to improve production and business outcomes.”

Recent releases of Seeq enable larger deployments through scalability features in the software, and making the Seeq application easier to use. Scalability features in R19, the most recent release, include parallelization of complex calculations across CPUs, administration tools for performance optimization, and increased control and visibility for users to facilitate their efforts with real time progress indicators. R19 also includes usability features focused on capsules, the innovative data objects in Seeq for working with single or multi-dimensional time periods of interest.
